This is late, so I’m sure everyone will have expressed their joy and relief adequately enough by now.

Suffice to say - Thank heavens for that!

Oh, but one other thing. Since when did Walkabout (Yes, Walkabout - self styled Aussie sports pub/bar) decide that you can’t go in with trainers on?! I know it serves me right for even wanting to go in, but that’s not the point.

No trainers in an aussie sports bar? Are you sure?….
